I found higher ground to lie close to the clouds, where unfeigned life consists of watching the waves roll by in the blue sky. The weeks before, the weeks of laughing my head off out there with the others became too bright to stay in the middle of it all. I took the softer side, gave in to the low light, and let myself lie next to the best company I could find, amongst the greenest blades of grass.
