Events

Poetry readings and open mic nights not only allow you to share your work with others but the chance to meet some amazing writers and performers. Each organization runs their event slightly differently, but usually all one needs is to arrive with your poem(s) and sign up for a time slot.

I began performing at poetry readings in 2017 and recommend the following events in the Northern Virginia/DC area. If you ever get the chance, please drop in!
